Postage and Packaging
Hounds of Harrogate will dispatch goods within 1 to 2 working days of your order being placed. Your good will be sent via Royal Mail second class post. Larger items may be dispatched using our chosen courier service. We will not dispatch goods on a weekend or public/bank holidays.
Our standard delivery charge is £3.99 for our Royal Mail second class signed for service. Should you have bought a particularly large or heavy item you will be notified of the additional postage cost before payment is taken on your online order.
Next day delivery is £7.99 orders must be placed before 12 pm.
Free delivery on orders over £50 excluding a single purchase of our dog collar and lead sets or dog beds.
Please allow 5-6 days to receive your items. If you think your good may have been lost or delayed please notify us as soon as possible via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping to Europe and Worldwide prices may vary. Please allow up to two weeks from dispatch.
Should items not be in stock once an order has been placed or not be available for any reason. We will notify you in the earliest instance with an expected delivery date.
All prices shown on our website include VAT.
Should you not be happy with your Hounds of Harrogate goods please ensure the goods are returned in their original condition. Please ensure your customer order number is clearly written on the order dispatch note inside the packaging. Please also state whether you are wishing to make a refund or an exchange, the reason why and for which product.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition within two weeks (14 days). You will need to pay for the cost of shipping for any returned or refunded items. Should the good returned be damaged or have parts missing you will not receive a refund or be able to exchange the product. Refunds will be made using the same method of original payment.
Should you have exceeded the 14 days return period we may, at our discretion be able to offer you a credit note or exchange.

You have 14 days to notify us of any faulty goods and after 14 days you will not be able to receive an exchange or refund.
We regret that we can not accept returns of treats or food due to their perishable nature or grooming products due to hygiene reasons.
